FILE TRANSFER TO NTS FTP SERVER

  1. Log on to   ftp.ntstranscriptions.com.au  ( Save this in your favourites when it opens in your browser)

 

 

  1. Enter Username and Password (assigned by NTS) and tick the box “Save Password”

 

You will see the following screen with 3 folders. Double click on the Dictations folder to open it.

 

 

  1. Locate voice files on your computer (Olympus or Phillips programme) to be transferred
  2. Copy voice files (or Drag and Drop feature)
  3. Paste into your FTP folder marked Voice Files
  4. Notify NTS of upload by email client@ntstranscriptions.com. You will receive an auto reply by return.
  5. You will be notified by email when transcripts are ready.

  

RETRIEVING COMPLETED TRANSCRIPTS

 

1.    Open Completed folder

2.    Save or Copy OR Drag & Drop transcript(s) to a local folder ie: Desktop

3.    Open document(s) from local folder and process as required.
