NTS Transcriptions offers a totally secure and efficient outsource transcription solution. It is important to note that all transfer of voice files and transcripts are automatically encrypted - we do not use email. Utilising our web based system, you have a very powerful package which can be accessed from any location, anytime.  All files are 128 bit encrypted and can not be accessed by anyone without a password, username and client name.

 

This system offers the ultimate in Security, Flexibility, Scalability and efficiency.

 

Dictating:

Voice files are recorded on a hand-held digital recorder, telephone or PC Microphone then automatically uploaded to NTS via USB connected to the PC.

 

Viewing letters:

Once the transcripts are completed by NTS, the Doctor can quickly access the files from any location via a web browser, view the transcript, edit and choose to deliver to clients electronically or by hard copy.
